Job Description:
My client is looking for a Production Manager to oversee thei
textile manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be
responsible for leading a team of production supervisors and
operators to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality
production of textile products.
My client is a leading textile manufacturing company dedicated to
producing high-quality fabrics and textiles for a diverse range of
applications. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and

Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop production schedules based on customer orders, inventory
levels, and production capacity.
Coordinate production activities to maximize machine utilization
and minimize downtime.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet
customer deadlines and production targets.
Quality Assurance and Control:
Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the
production of consistent, high-quality textiles.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address
quality issues promptly.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to implement corrective
and preventive actions to maintain product quality standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure
adequate supply for production.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize
inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and improve
inventory accuracy.
Equipment Maintenance and Optimization:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the
proper functioning of manufacturing equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns
and minimize production disruptions.
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process
improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, operators, and
support staff to achieve production goals and objectives.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee
skills and performance.
Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and
procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Management, or a related field.
-8+ year of production experience in the textile manufacturing
space
- Proven experience in a similar role within the textile
manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of success in
production management.
- In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, equipment,
and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process
optimization and continuous improvement.
