Job Description:
A company is looking for a Portfolio Financial Controller to
manage financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of acquired
companies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting, and
forecasting
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews and financial
reports for portfolio companies
Lead financial integration and onboarding plans for new
acquisitions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or
similar; CPA preferred
5+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in
team management
Strong understanding of financial processes and internal
controls
Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP (or similar) is considered
an asset
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
