A company is looking for a Supervisor of Accounting
Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Accounting Specialists team,
ensuring efficient service delivery
Manage team performance, conduct quality audits, and provide
feedback to staff
Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitate team meetings to
enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations,
preferably in an automotive dealership environment
5+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
Strong knowledge of dealership accounting principles and OEM
guidelines
Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets and financial reporting
tools
Technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based
software
