Job Description:

Jennifer La Caze, Inc. is a small, fast growing company located on the Balboa Peninsula. We provide specialized adminstrative services to the interior design industry. We are currently seeking a full-time Account Manager. Account Managers are the main point of contact for our clients. They are responsible for upholding our high levels of customer service, quality and confidentiality. The Account Manager's ultimate goal is to assess the needs, wants and goals of the client and utilize the resources available to you to help meet those needs, satisfy those wants, and fulfill those goals. Bookkeeping experience is requested, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities Include:

*Maintain a close relationship with clients and co-workers

*Gather and organize paperwork from clients

*Distribute work to our production department in a timely fashion

*Quality check all work

*Maintain a clean set of books

*Review financials with client regularly (usually weekly and monthly)

*Manage projects and meet deadlines

*Complete special requests
