From budget planning to audits, we empower HOAs with rock-solid financial health and transparency. In this role, you will own full-cycle accounting for multiple associations. Why join us? Job Details Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile multiple bank accounts. Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and reserve reallocations. Assist with audits and tax prep, and renew or open/close CD and bank accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve financial inquiries from teams and clients. Create annual budgets tailored to each HOA’s needs. Leverage accounting software (Vantaca) and advanced Excel tools for accuracy. What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 0 or more years of accounting experience; HOA or property management experience preferred. Strong Excel, time management, and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, and ability to type 55 WPM.
