Your Role as a Patient Care Coordinator

Youll be an important member of the office, acting as the first point of contact with patients who call us to make appointments, and come in to see us for their dental care needs. Your shining personality will help put them at ease. Plus, youll help them manage their schedules and financial commitments associated with their care. Youll also be:

• Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information
  
• Assisting with financial arrangements for their treatment
  
• Booking appointments, answering general questions, and other associated support

  What We Need From You
  
  
  • 
    
    
  • 1 year of experience at a dental office or recent graduate from a Dental Assisting program
    
  • Spanish speaker preferred but not required
    
  • A sparkling personality (and a smile to match!)
    
  • Knowledge of dental terminology
    
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
