Job Description:

Dispatch Cordinator (Contract) Rialto, CA (onsite) 92376 Timings: Mon-Fri (7 AM - 4 PM) Overview: Responsible for coordinating product movement from the CC to customers and managing the return of used equipment. Ensures efficient truck routing to balance workload and shipping costs. Keeps Sales informed and transmits proper shipping paperwork to the Oracle Repository. Provides support across various business channels and backs up the Sr. Dispatcher as needed. Responsibilities: Update delivery system (40%) Oracle updates and email notifications (10%) Create routes and trip sheets (15%) Internal/external customer service (35%) Prints bills of lading and updates delivery system with shipping data Pre-calls customers and emails delivery notifications to Order Processing Runs and closes out open order reports Requests certificates of insurance Creates driver routes and trip sheets Navigates Oracle and updates CC/DFF notes Ship confirms orders in Oracle on delivery day Emails marketplaces with next day s delivery schedule Manages truck ETAs and places service calls as needed Provides time frame authorizations Coordinates with 3rd party carriers to set up end-of-mile stops Identifies customer needs and takes appropriate action or redirects calls Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Basic PC and 10-key skills Minimum 1 year customer service experience Adequate reading, math, and legible writing skills Strong communication skills Ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material and instructions Moderate dexterity and minimal physical effort (e.g., walking, bending, lifting under 10 lbs) Professional business casual attire required Work is fully onsite in an office environment with free parking No driving or COVID requirements Interview type: Phone screen only Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
