in Pomona for the Frontier campaign. As part of our dynamic team,
you'll play a vital role in shaping customer experiences and
driving measurable success. Your Role at a Glance As a Direct
Customer Service Associate for Elite Direct Management's Frontier
campaign, you'll be the trusted, in-person expert our customers
rely on. You'll proactively resolve issues and anticipate needs,
leveraging your deep product knowledge to deliver exceptional
service that builds unwavering loyalty. This entry-level role
directly shapes our reputation, boosting satisfaction and
propelling your career trajectory with every positive interaction.
What You'll Be Doing as a Direct Customer Service Associate Manage
diverse customer inquiries on Frontier services such as wireless,
internet, TV, billing, and accounts in a retail environment.
Provide detailed Frontier product, service, and promotion
information, helping customers find the best solutions and
understand their choices. Troubleshoot Frontier devices and
services, guiding customers with patience and escalating complex
issues when needed. Assist customers with account changes, service
upgrades, and payments, ensuring accuracy and a seamless
experience. Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy
and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution and
de-escalating challenging situations Educate customers on Frontier
product features, benefits, and best practices to help them
maximize service utilization and explore self-service options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service issues,
and resolutions within the customer relationship management system.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for
service enhancements or new product offerings Adhere to company
policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a consistent,
high-quality customer experience. Continuously improve product
knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training and
feedback.
