Job Description:
Santa Barbara Auto Group, a prestigious dealership that features
luxury brands such as Audi, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Acura,
Jaguar, and Land Rover, is seeking a knowledgeable and
customer-oriented Parts Advisor. This role is instrumental in
providing premium automotive parts solutions for our dealership's
service and sales departments, ensuring the highest level of
satisfaction among our high-end clientele. Located in scenic Santa
Barbara, California, this position offers the opportunity to work
in a vibrant automotive environment with a dedicated team committed
to excellence. Interact with customers and service technicians to
identify automotive parts and accessories needs. Provide expert
advice on automotive parts and accessories suitable for various
luxury vehicle models. Ensure the accuracy of parts inventory using
the dealership’s database and software systems. Process parts
orders and manage logistics for parts delivery ensuring timely
availability. Handle parts returns and warranty claims while
maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturers’ policies.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of the parts inventory
area. Proactively engage in learning about new vehicle models and
their parts requirements. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and
systems, particularly for luxury brands. Proficiency in using
dealership management software and parts lookup systems. Excellent
customer service and communication skills. Ability to work
effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with
strong organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k ASE P2 Automobile Parts Specialist
certification is highly desirable. Any additional certifications
related to automotive parts and service management.
