Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Application Support
Engineer EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier support for applications and collaborate with IT and
end users for holistic design and ownership
Proactively improve system uptime and coordinate software patching
and upgrades across departments
Support the IT team with service desk responsibilities, including
desktop and mobile device support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E / MCA) degree in computer science or
related field preferred
1 - 2 years of experience in Engineering, Information Technology,
or similar function
Knowledge of commonly used eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity,
Brainspace, Nuix) is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of SQL query language
Understanding of Linux-based operating systems, VMware ESXi, and
SAN/NAS storage systems is a plus
