Job Description Job Description Job Title: 2nd Shift Quality Inspector (Entry Level) Job Description We are seeking an entry-level 2nd shift Quality Inspector to join our team. While aerospace experience is not mandatory, it is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in basic quality control inspections, using calipers and micrometers, and have the ability to read blueprints. Responsibilities Interpret customer design data and tolerances. Measure the installation of inserts and the perpendicularity of holes in panels according to customer design data. Utilize standard measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators. Understand and apply visual and cosmetic standards. Create first article and nonconformance reports. Essential Skills Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring equipment: calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators. Capability to perform visual and dimensional inspections. Experience in writing inspection and nonconformance reports. Additional Skills & Qualifications Aerospace experience is preferred but not required. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a very large, clean manufacturing setting where products for the interiors of Boeing 737 aircrafts are manufactured, including galleys, closets, lavatories, floor panels, class dividers, and sidewalls. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seal Beach, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
