Solid & reputable Employer based out of the greater Los Angeles area is actively interviewing for a Maintenance Mechanic who brings a demonstrated track record from the steel/metal sector. As the main point of contact for this role you will be: Receiving project assignments from the maintenance manager. Able to read, write, and comprehend English with good communication skills, maintain accurate preventive maintenance records, either written and/or diagrams. Prepare and maintain a checklist on all adjustments, repairs, diagnostic troubleshooting, problem solving, and corrective action with a commitment to excellence. Seeking individuals who have strong knowledge with cranes of all sizes, propane forklifts, semi trucks, bobtails, engines, transmissions, brakes, fuel systems, regulators, motors, electrical motors, clutch, diesel engines, fabricators, electrical lighting, hydraulics, grinders and / or drill presses.
