Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Remote - Sr. Quality Manager
role for a multi site position over six plants in California and
MexicoThis job will have the following responsibilities:Multi-site
responsibilityAble to support Executive level roles in Quality
strategies and initiativesDriving change and consistency in company
quality procedures and processes throughout divisionAble to manage
corporate quality program through
influenceRequirements/Skills:Bachelor's Degree is required /
Master's Degree is preferred3-5 years managing quality initiatives
in multi sitesAerospace/Automotive/Medical Device/Nuclear
Experience is highly preferred10-15 years of Quality Leadership
experienceSupplier Quality experience is requiredNeed to be open to
50% travelBilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred Zero defect
culture
