Manager to oversee recruitment marketing strategies and
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Consult and collaborate with talent acquisition leaders to develop
effective talent attraction strategies
Manage recruitment marketing agency relationships and analyze
global labor market insights for strategic recommendations
Participate in recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and
engaging candidates for key roles
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience managing recruitment-related programs
or full-cycle recruitment experience
Ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple
stakeholders
Capable of working independently and adhering to committed
timelines
Ability to analyze data to infer insights and make data-driven
decisions
