Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Director
responsible for managing investment options and acquisitions in
wireless communications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a go-to-market plan for strategic real estate acquisition
and maintain a pipeline of potential transactions
Build relationships with real estate owners and work
cross-functionally with various teams to facilitate
acquisitions
Perform due diligence, prepare proposal packages, and manage
project budgets effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
5-10 years of business development or M&A experience,
preferably in wireless telecommunications infrastructure
Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker's License preferred
