A company is looking for a Manager, New Homes Sales
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing team to support New Homes
customers in utilizing solar energy
Manage direct-to-consumer programs and builder partner
relationships for customer intake
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in
sales operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications,
marketing, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4 years in
solar customer service operations and 2 years in New Homes sales
operations
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and team development abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high growth
environment
