Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payer Relations Manager to manage and
optimize relationships with health plans for efficient revenue
cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for payer representatives to resolve
enrollment, underpayment, and billing issues
Monitor ongoing payer issues and collaborate with internal teams to
implement corrective actions
Provide updates on national payer trends and prepare reports on
payer performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or
related field (Master's preferred)
Strong experience in payer relations and revenue cycle
management
Understanding of payer contracting, billing processes, and
healthcare regulations
Proven ability to build relationships with external stakeholders,
including health plans
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
