Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make
improvements as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in learning and development or related roles
Strong understanding of instructional design principles
Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning
tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
