Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing cloud technical
resources
Collaborate with other leaders to ensure cohesive support services
and improve client satisfaction
Oversee the delivery of services to Cloud Services clients and
promote a customer-first culture
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience overseeing a cloud or infrastructure
team
6+ years of IT management experience in higher education
Proven experience in promoting a culture of customer service and
quality assurance
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing
priorities
