Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Partner Operations to oversee
vendor relationships and ensure compliance in the delivery of
ancillary health products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews to
ensure service quality
Monitor vendor activities for accuracy and collaborate to resolve
operational issues
Ensure compliance with regulations and support contract
negotiations and vendor onboarding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or
related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in vendor management or benefits
administration in healthcare or insurance
Strong understanding of ancillary health products and group
benefits
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ERISA, Section
125, and HIPAA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management or CRM
platforms
