Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead
day-to-day operations across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Operations function, ensuring processes are
streamlined and cost-effective
Identify and drive opportunities for operational improvement
through process automation and technology adoption
Establish, track, and report on key operational metrics to drive
accountability and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably with 3+
years in the insurance industry
Experience working within an MGA or Brokerage space
Strong project management skills
Experience and willingness to learn AI tooling to optimize
operational processes
