Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR Management Manager to oversee
billing operations and improve revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage billing programs, systems, and third-party vendors to ensure
accurate and timely billing and collections
Prepare RCM reporting metrics and implement strategies to reduce
denial rates
Develop and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with
regulatory directives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of managerial experience in healthcare revenue management
cycle roles
Experience with large healthcare organizations supporting 100 or
more providers
Experience leading a remote team across multiple states is
preferred
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred; experience may substitute for
education
Certified coder preferred, but not required
