Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analysis and
Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analytical deep-dives to uncover actionable
insights on marketplace dynamics and user behavior
Partner with the CFO and business decision makers to shape and
operationalize the company's strategic roadmap
Work closely with various teams to design KPI frameworks and
implement a business intelligence roadmap
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in strategy, analytics, business
intelligence, or insights roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer
Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Expert SQL skills and proficiency in at least one additional
programming language and BI tool
Comfortable working with large datasets and leveraging big data
technologies
Demonstrated ability to link analytics to business outcomes and
influence company performance
