Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payor Performance and
Network Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement specialty network and referral strategies,
including performance metrics
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and optimize payor
program outcomes
Engage and align physicians and clinical staff in initiatives to
improve quality and patient experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business
administration, or a relevant field required; master's degree
preferred
Minimum of 7 years of management experience in the healthcare
industry
Experience with Population Management and Value-Based Care
operations
Direct experience working with physicians and influencing behavior
through data
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
