Description Oncology Navigator RN at Providence Tarzana Medical
Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is part-time and will work

with a commitment to excellence. The Oncology Nurse Navigator
position is responsible for facilitating all activities and
services across the continuum of care for oncology patients.
Responsible for coordinating and liaising to design and align
resources to support program initiatives, program development,
development and maintenance of relationships with internal and
external referring physicians, and community resources. Performs
all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the

them. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing -
Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - 5 years
Nursing experience, including 3 years in Oncology Preferred
Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Nursing - Upon hire: Oncology
certification - Oncology Nurse Navigator, OCN, AOCN, AOCNP, CBCN
