Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in an outpatient medical setting Phlebotomy and IV certified CA LVN License BLS (AHA or ARC only) Flu vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations) Recruiting Notes: Position / Specialty: Outpatient OBGYN LVN Shift: 8 hours between 0700-1800 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: No On-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Locals accepted: Yes, within a 50-minutes commute Pending License accepted: No RTO/Scheduling: No RTO requests in the first 2W of assignment.
