Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Orange, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,773 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cancer Center - Stem Cell Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in relevant experience License: Valid State License required in-hand when applying Certifications: All required certifications must be in-hand when applying Must-Have: - CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute required in-hand when applying - Epic Charting System experience required Description: Care coordination for stem cell transplant. Interdisciplinary support for various patient diagnoses including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and autoimmune diseases. Experience in care coordination, disease management, and plan of care development is necessary. Demonstrated skills in insurance processes such as prior authorizations, appeals, and denials are required. Candidates must have experience managing patient care within acute hospital or ambulatory settings. EPIC experience must be noted in work history. References from two supervisor-level contacts are required when applying. All required certifications must be in-hand for consideration. No RTO within the first two weeks of assignment. Maximum of 7 days of RTO per contract is highly preferred. Candidates must consent to potential interviews with management.
