Health Care Services’ (CCHCS) multidisciplinary health care teams
allows you to continue this vital work while securing the salary

(Licensed) $87,528 - $111,708 (Pre-Licensed) Recruitment and
Retention Bonus Marriage and Family Therapists working in our
mental health program and newly hired with the state of CA are
eligible to receive a recruitment and retention bonus of up to
$15,000 within the first 12 months of service. Referral Bonus Plus,
all CDCR/CCHCS employees that refer a mental health clinician who
is successfully hired by CCHCS may be eligible to receive a
referral bonus of $5,000 per referral. Here, your work can be both
