Job Description:
A company is looking for a Concierge, RBP Services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to RBP members, employer groups, and
vendors
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve member
issues
Make outgoing calls to hospitals and physicians to address barriers
to care
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Previous self-funded and RBP experience required
Preferred call center experience
Preferred Associate's Degree in Business
Familiarity with RBP pricing models and vendors
