Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations. Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to the university’s diverse population while managing food cost and waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen staff performance. Collaborate with supply chain teams to select high-quality vendors and ingredients. Regularly assess customer feedback to refine food offerings and service. Manage budgeting and forecasting for kitchen operations, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Proven culinary and management expertise. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Ability to comply with sanitation, health, and safety standards. Skill in menu planning and understanding of diverse culinary trends and dietary needs.
