Bakery (Skill-Based Pay) About Us: BBT BAKERY is a highly

to officially enter the United States market! We offer a
"Skill-Based Pay" system—the more stations you master, the higher
your pay! What You’ll Do: Prepare doughs, shape, and bake products
according to company recipes. Operate commercial mixers, ovens, and
other baking equipment safely. Maintain a clean workspace and
adhere strictly to food safety standards. What You Bring: 1-2 years
of bakery experience preferred (motivated beginners welcome as
Apprentices). Language: Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred for
kitchen communication. Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in
a fast-paced environment. Pay & Perks: Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 / hour
(Based on skill level) Benefits: Health insurance (for eligible
