Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter
responsible for leading recruitment efforts for senior-level
executive positions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for senior-level
positions
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates
through various sourcing methods
Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing updates and
insights throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruitment focused
on senior-level positions
Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives in
high-impact roles
Strong understanding of industry and market trends
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
