Immediate need for a project Coordinator 2 needed asap in Pico Rivera.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in the design and development of Microsoft Sharepoint sites. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Outlook and calendaring tools. More than three years of experience supporting and coordinating large complex projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced expertise with the following Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project. Demonstrated expertise multi-tasking, managing multiple priorities and providing support to multiple stakeholders. Enjoys fast learning and working in high paced environments. High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage the details as well as the large picture. Uncompromising customer service attitude and commitment to quality. Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, or other business-related or communications field.

Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will support the implementation of large complex projects and develop and manage project Sharepoint sites. Responsibilities include, Design, develop and maintain comprehensive Microsoft Sharepoint sites to support project management and execution. Support ongoing maintenance of detailed work plans for complex off-the-shelf software implementation projects. Support creation of meeting minutes, action items, next step follow-ups and tools to drive project progress. Support creation and maintenance of project documentation. Manage organization and distribution of project documentation. Schedule and coordinate all project stakeholder meetings. Coordinate and execute all project meeting logistics. Manage calendars for all project stakeholders. Provide support to project stakeholders
