Job Description:

Immediate long term temporary assignment available for IT Project Coordinator to work for a premier company in Pico Rivera.

Qualifications:

At least five years of experience managing large complex projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced expertise with the following Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Sharepoint. Thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys multitasking and managing multiple priorities. Attention to detail; demonstrated ability to manage details as well as the large picture. Uncompromising customer service attitude and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain detailed work plans. Coordinate and schedule all stakeholder meetings. Manage all meeting logistics and setup. Manage calendars for project stakeholders. Create and manage meeting minutes, action items and next step follow-ups to support project progress. Create documentation framework and structure to support project knowledge management. Manage organization and distribution of project documentation. Create compelling project status updates and summaries. Develop and maintain comprehensive Sharepoint site for projects. Support creation and maintenance of project documentation as needed.
