Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer
responsible for post go-live tier 3 support and client
training.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates designs and architecture decisions to senior
consultants and supports execution efforts
Directs work efforts of project team in collaboration with the
Project Manager
Conducts user training and creates process documentation for
clients
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in software design and implementation using
various programming languages
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field
Experience with JavaScript, C#, XML, and/or SQL
Hands-on experience in technical delivery and systems analysis
Previous experience implementing Insurance Software (Policy,
Billing, and/or Claims) is preferred
