Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist
users with technical, product, or data issues.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the app
Assist the Customer Success team with technical issues related to
the product or financial data
Escalate issues to the Software Engineering team and advocate for
user experience improvements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a technical support role
Experience with tools like Zendesk
Comfort working with technical APIs and reading API
documentation
Ability to read and modify Python code
Experience with personal finance technology is a plus
