Key Responsibilities
Delivers remote post-sale troubleshooting and diagnostic support
services
Ensures that all products and services function properly
Resolves technical support inquiries through onsite and/or remote
first-level support representatives
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical support or customer service roles
Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively
Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Relevant technical certifications may be preferred
