Job Description:
A company is looking for a Web Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage all web operations across brand websites, ensuring a
high-quality experience
Lead a team of front-end design and development professionals to
execute web projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and deliver
website updates and new features
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years in website operations or front-end development, with at
least 2 years in a management role
Deep experience with WordPress, including custom development and
performance optimization
Proficiency in HTML and CSS; experience with Git, GA4, Google Tag
Manager, and SEO best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with cross-functional
teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills, with experience mentoring designers and
developers
