Job Description:
A company is looking for an experienced Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes and systems to develop a
technical environment context
Create project roadmaps, schedules, and mid-level requirements,
including a requirements traceability matrix
Develop and submit the Stage 2 Alternatives Analysis document and
related artifacts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field; additional
experience may substitute for education
Minimum of five years of experience aligning IT systems with
organizational processes, with three years in a lead role
At least three years of experience in a web portal environment with
varying access requirements
Minimum of two years of experience supporting government/nonprofit
IT procurement activities
At least three years of experience with iterative or hybrid
software design and querying data from multiple sources
