We are looking to hire a BOH Supervisor with fast food experience, who is able to start training immediately. Job duties include: Assisting in the smooth, safe running of the kitchen operation Keeping the kitchen, serving areas and outside refuse area to a high standard of cleanliness Continually striving towards achievement and improvement Creating and ensuring the completion of cleaning rosters Preparing the weekly chemical and cleaning materials order Ensuring the Line Cooks are kept aware of any relevant feedback Reporting any issues that may occur Day to day supervision of the Kitchen team Job requires multi-tasking and efficiency. This is a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: Cooking: 1+ years Food Preparation: 1+ years
