Find your future with us.Boeing's Salary Management Strategy and Design organization is currently seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join their team!-Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the development of variable compensation programs including incentive plans, retention bonuses and employee recognition
  • Responsible for design of retention and completion bonuses to retain critical talent
  • Consult on design, review and renewal of annual incentive plans
  • Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of plan measures in improving business results and recommending plan revisions
  • Participate in the design and development of Corporate incentive plans during Boeing's annual compensation review
  • Participate in the design of Boeing's recognition approach to include service awards, spot recognition, cash awards -
  • Analyze metrics and consult on effectiveness of incentive and bonus design (incentive and bonus participation, cost commitment, and annual spend)This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Renton, Washington. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.-Basic-Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation
    • 3+ years of experience with compensation, incentive design and recognition programs
    • 5+ years of experience leveraging data analytics' methods to solve complex problemsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • Human Resources Certification
      • 2+ years of experience with design of incentive plans
      • 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
      • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
      • 5+ years of experience working with compensation laws and regulations
