E-commerce Account Specialist PositionThe E-commerce Account Specialist leads the day-to-day business engagement with assigned internet retailer(s) and is responsible for the growth of the account(s). Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe e-Commerce Account Specialist reports directly to the Director of Ecommerce and is responsible for all day-to-day sales operations for their assigned account(s).The e-Commerce Account Specialist serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact with assigned account(s) to build strong, lasting relationships.The e-Commerce Account Specialist is expected to be the expert of their account(s) including assortment, wholesale pricing, promotions, and product listings.Work with assigned account(s) to provide product solutions, process orders, develop new business, sales growth/strategy, and overall account satisfaction.Work closely with Ecommerce Content Specialist to set-up and maintain product assortment.Use retailer portals to evaluate, correct, and optimize the content on each account(s) website.The e-Commerce Account Specialist will work closely with marketing, merchandising and operations teams to address areas of concern as it relates to product listings or product performance. Compile and analyze sales metrics to evaluate overall account(s) performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisIdentify promotional opportunities with care to the company's initiatives, inventory levels, margin expectations and growth objectivesMonitor account(s) promotional calendar, retail pricing and discountsPerform post promotional analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and improve future strategiesIdentify new and emerging opportunities, trends, insights, and any possible threatsPerform overall analysis of assigned account(s) alongside major competitors to ensure we are up to standard and in a leadership position Manage and organize multiple projects and tasks across assigned account(s) and internal departmentsContinually look for ways to improve efficiency, share best practices and suggest process improvements both internal and external Skills/Qualifications:Experience in an online or e-commerce merchandising environmentExperience in working with retailer's portalsProven success with account management and fostering fruitful relationshipsStrong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office analytical toolsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsWillingness and ability to take on additional tasks and projects as assignedSelf-starter, good energy, positive attitude, honest, and a team player mentalityAbility to work under pressure and maintain a sense of urgencyFor more information about AICO, visit us at amini.com
