Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solution is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Pico Rivera, California. This position pay contract to hire, paying up to $22/hour. They are looking to add to their team ASAP.

Duties:

• Perform full cycle Accounts Receivable responsibilities
• Post payments to customer accounts
• Perform collection calls
• Auditing invoices
• Communicating with vendors through phone and email
• Research and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain cash receipts and vendor invoices
  Qualifications:
  
• 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables/vlookup is a PLUS)
• Prior experience using large ERP system preferred
• Strong communication - written and verbal
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task and organized
  Hours:
  
  Full time, M-F, 8 hours
  
  Compensation:
  
  $23/hour, based on experience
