Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Executive IV responsible for
managing client relationships and ensuring effective service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the servicing relationship for assigned clients and
coordinate operational initiatives
Strengthen client relationships by managing program needs and
ensuring day-to-day servicing requests are met
Consult with internal and external leadership to develop strategic
plans and resolve client escalations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Seven years of experience in client relationship management within
the financial services industry
Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer
success
Project management experience is preferred
