Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Bioinformatician to
provide bioinformatics and genomics project support to federal
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and review literature to gather targeted clinical
or scientific information
Analyze and interpret high-throughput genomic, transcriptomic,
and/or proteomic data
Collaborate with laboratory staff to design, develop, and validate
workflows and custom scripts
Required Qualifications
PhD in Molecular Biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or a
related field
Over 5 years of technical experience in research laboratories or
environments
Experience with high-throughput analysis pipelines for genomics,
transcriptomics, and/or proteomics
Proficiency in Unix (Linux) systems and scripting in one or more
programming languages (Perl, Python, R, Java, C/C++)
Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
