Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to provide
exceptional customer service and manage technician schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver responsive customer service to internal and external
clients
Triage and prioritize tech support tickets for efficient
resolution
Coordinate and schedule engineers to ensure adherence to service
level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in a professional office environment
preferred
Proficient typing skills using QWERTY methodology
Ability to work effectively with internal and external
stakeholders
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience with service management systems is a plus
