Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center
Rep 1 - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and timely service to members via various
communication channels
Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow
up on transactions
Perform account maintenance tasks and recommend additional products
and services
Required Qualifications
1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting
service and sales goals
Basic understanding of financial products and services
Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft
applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Genuine interest in helping members and a caring nature
