Job Summary:We are seeking a versatile Sr. Social & Digital Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is responsible for elevating and executing the development of the Evolus vision, focusing on supporting the strategy & execution of our creative expression across Evolus, Jeuveau, Evolysse, our go-to-market campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. The candidate will bring ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling across various social and digital platforms, requiring proficiency in motion graphic design, animation, and video editing. Collaboration with art directors, marketers, and brand managers is essential to produce innovative, audience-specific content.Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly conceptual and hyper-organized designer with experience in campaign and creative thinking.

  • Quick-witted, entrepreneurial, and culturally aware of current trends.What You'll Accomplish:
    • Create multimedia content for social media, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube videos.
    • Develop animations, motion graphics, and video edits for campaigns and storytelling.
    • Design original creative concepts and visual styles.
    • Iterate designs, incorporate feedback, and collaborate creatively.
    • Storyboard and execute concepts with emphasis on storytelling.
    • Export assets in various formats for digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing to align creative outputs with campaign goals.
    • Repurpose long-form content into social media assets.
    • Manage media assets within shared libraries.
    • Experiment with visual trends and content strategies.
    • Incorporate sound design and basic audio editing.What We're Looking For:
      • Proficiency in creating social media content, including short videos and animations.
      • Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to independently manage projects from concept to delivery.
      • Expertise in motion design, animation, and video editing.
      • Adaptability to various creative styles.
      • Experience with brand consistency and understanding performance metrics.
      • Other duties as assigned.Soft Skills:
        • Awareness of diverse cultural and background needs, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
        • Creative problem solver, adaptable to new challenges.
        • Effective time management for multiple projects under deadlines.
        • Passion for digital content trends and experimentation.Software Skills:
          • Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
          • Content management platforms and basic knowledge of video hosting platforms.
          • Microsoft 365 tools.Preferred but Not Required:
            • Experience in fashion, beauty, or pharma sectors.
            • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic or Visual Design or equivalent.Additional Details:
              • On-site location in Newport Beach, CA.Compensation & Benefits:This is an exempt role with a salary range of $92,400 - $127,600, based on experience and skills.
