Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow Up Associate, Medicare
HMO.
Key Responsibilities
Review account details, determine next actions, and document
activities
Resolve complex insurance issues with companies to ensure claims
are paid
Collaborate with internal teams and implement feedback as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Work experience in a hospital setting with knowledge of health
insurance and medical claims billing, specifically Medicare
Advantage plans
Ability to learn new processes and make informed, complex
decisions
Experience working both independently and as part of a team
