Job Description:
A company is looking for a TLM Implementation Specialist to
manage the implementation lifecycle of the UKG TLM Module.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings and conduct TLM Discovery sessions
to document requirements
Configure the UKG TLM Module, including timekeeping access and
scheduling for clients
Provide training and support throughout the implementation process
for clients and team members
Required Qualifications
2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
At least two years of experience implementing UKG Workforce Ready,
specifically the TLM module
Understanding of state overtime, sick time, and wage laws
Experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems, preferably UKG
Ready
